One Who Makes A Difference

Poem By: Sterling Pevensie
Poetry

This is for my mom. My english teacher said it was really beautiful, but she might have been lying. I don't know. Oh well, even if it's not beautiful, I would like to share it with you. It's very simple, but heartfelt. View table of contents...

Caring, Loving, Kind, Wise, and Fair, and Brave, and True, Sweet, and Cheerful, and Bright. And, all these things are you. When I need help, You rescue me. You understand what no one else can. You hear me out, You know my thoughts. There is no word, That fits this more, You are, forever, Mom. In every problem, I can’t turn to anyone else. There is only Mom. You can be counted on. I admit, I cannot compare. I make mistakes, More often than I deserve. I have run out of chances at forgiveness. But a mother is FORGIVENESS

this was a really good poem. but try to put the word and on the last adj. so instead of and fair, and brave.... it'll be fair, brave....... and bright. :D or so i was taught. don't use too many commas, i'm still trying to improve on that myself. but the idea was really good. your teacher wasn't lying. i agree with her/him, you never said which. :]
